Return & Refund Policy
Wiper Search stands behind every blade we ship. Our Precision Fit Guarantee means your wiper blades are engineered to match the exact specifications of your vehicle — and if they don't fit, we make it right at no cost to you.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, wiper blades must be uninstalled, in their original sealed packaging, and in unused condition. Please have your order confirmation email or packing slip ready as proof of purchase.
Precision Fit Guarantee
Every Wiper Search blade is cut to the exact wiper arm specification for your make and model. If a blade does not fit your vehicle as described on our product page, contact us through our contact page — we will send the correct size or issue a full refund, and we cover return shipping both ways.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the vehicle make and model the blades were ordered for.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return label if your return qualifies under the Precision Fit Guarantee.
- Repackage the wiper blades securely in their original protective sleeve and packaging. Ship using a trackable method.
- Include the RMA number on or inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned blades, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds take 2-10 business days to appear — for both credit/debit card and PayPal payments — depending on your bank or payment provider.
Since Wiper Search ships every order free, there are no shipping costs to deduct — you receive a full product refund.
Exchanges — Wrong Size or Position
Ordered the driver side when you needed the passenger? Need a different blade length? Contact us through our contact page within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange for the correct wiper blade. If there is a price difference between positions (driver, passenger, or rear), we will charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Blades
If your wiper blades arrive with a torn silicone edge, cracked frame, or any manufacturing defect, contact us immediately through our contact page — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect (e.g. torn edge, bent frame, incorrect length)
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We will ship a free replacement blade or issue a full refund — including return shipping costs if we need the defective unit back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Installed blades: Wiper blades that have been mounted on a vehicle, used in rain, or show signs of windshield contact cannot be returned. Once a blade touches glass, the silicone edge conforms to the windshield curvature and cannot be resold.
- Bundle components sold separately: Individual blades from a Precision Pair or Complete Set bundle cannot be returned unless the entire bundle is returned together.
These exclusions do not apply if the blade is defective or was not as described.
12-Month Performance Warranty
Every Wiper Search blade is backed by a 12-month performance warranty. If your blades streak, skip, or chatter within 12 months of purchase under normal use, contact us through our contact page with your order number and a brief description. We will send a replacement set at no charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If the refund still has not appeared, contact us through our contact page and we will investigate promptly.
