Wiper Search ships every order free — always. Free shipping is not a promotion or a limited-time offer. It is a standard of the brand, because precision-engineered wiper blades should arrive at your door without hidden costs.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Each wiper blade is inspected, placed in a protective rigid sleeve to prevent edge damage during transit, and packed in a slim, purpose-built shipping box. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Packaging & Protection
Wiper Search blades ship in lightweight, reinforced packaging designed specifically for wiper blade dimensions. The rigid internal sleeve shields the precision-cut silicone edge and aerodynamic frame from bending or pressure during handling. Bundles (Precision Pair and Complete Set) are packed together in a single box to reduce waste and ensure all blades for your vehicle arrive at the same time.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 4-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Most domestic orders arrive within 6 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
International Shipping
We ship wiper blades to most countries worldwide. International delivery times may be longer depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. Free shipping applies to all orders regardless of destination.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Wiper blade packages are slim and lightweight, so they can often be left in a mailbox or safe location if no one is available. If the carrier cannot deliver, they will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete — especially apartment or unit numbers — to avoid delays.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your building's front desk. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days through our contact page and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to us through our contact page. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, ship a replacement set free of charge or issue a full refund.
If your package arrives visibly damaged — crushed box, bent blade sleeve, or any sign of mishandling — take photos before opening and contact us immediately through our contact page. We will arrange a free replacement shipment so your installation is not delayed.
