Wiper Search ships every order free — always. Free shipping isn't a promo or a limited-time deal. It's just how we do things, because quality wiper blades should rock up at your door without any sneaky extra costs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Each wiper blade is checked over, slipped into a rigid protective sleeve so the edge doesn't cop any damage in transit, and packed in a slim, purpose-built shipping box. Once it's on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Packaging & Protection

Wiper Search blades ship in lightweight, reinforced packaging built specifically for wiper blade dimensions. The rigid internal sleeve keeps the precision-cut silicone edge and aerodynamic frame safe from bending or pressure during handling. Bundles (Precision Pair and Complete Set) are packed together in a single box to cut down on waste and make sure all the blades for your vehicle turn up at the same time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 4-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Most domestic orders land within 6 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on where you are and local carrier conditions.

International Shipping

We ship wiper blades to most countries around the world. International delivery times may take a bit longer depending on the destination and local customs processing. Just a heads-up — import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our pricing. Free shipping applies to all orders no matter where they're headed.

Order Tracking

Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check on your order anytime via our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Wiper blade packages are slim and lightweight, so they can usually be popped in a letterbox or left in a safe spot if no one's home. If the carrier can't deliver, they'll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Make sure your shipping address is correct and complete — especially unit or apartment numbers — to avoid any hold-ups.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, have a check with your neighbours or your building's front desk. If you still can't track it down, get in touch within 7 days through our contact page and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

If your package is running well behind the estimated delivery window, drop us a line through our contact page. We'll chase it up with the carrier and, if needed, send out a replacement set free of charge or give you a full refund.

If your package turns up visibly damaged — crushed box, bent blade sleeve, or any sign of rough handling — snap a few photos before opening and get in touch straightaway through our contact page. We'll organise a free replacement shipment so your install isn't held up.
