Wiper Search wants every driver to enjoy streak-free visibility. If the wiper blades you ordered aren't the right match for your vehicle, we make returns and refunds simple — because finding the perfect fit should never be stressful.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any wiper blade. To qualify, the blade must be uninstalled, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. Please have your order confirmation email or packing slip handy as proof of purchase.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
Every Home sold through Wiper Search is matched to your exact vehicle make, model, and year. If the wiper blade does not fit your windshield as described on our product page — wrong length, incompatible adapter, or incorrect curvature — we will cover return shipping and send you the correct blade at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Start a Return
- Reach out to our team via our contact page or call us at +1 (330) 874-2196. Have your order number and vehicle details (make, model, year) ready.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid return label if the return is due to a fit issue on our end.
- Place the wiper blade back in its original box or tube packaging. Wiper blades are lightweight and compact, so most returns ship affordably in a standard mailer.
- Ship via a trackable method and include the RMA number on or inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned wiper blade, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit/debit card: Refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refund is credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective blade, or a Perfect Fit Guarantee claim.
Exchanges — Wrong Size or Wrong Vehicle?
Selected the wrong vehicle or need a different wiper position (driver, passenger, or rear)? Contact us within 30 days and we will swap it out. If there is a price difference between positions — for example, exchanging a rear blade for a driver-side blade — we will charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Wiper Blades
If your wiper blade arrives cracked, bent, or with a defective rubber edge, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the defect (e.g., torn rubber strip, bent frame, missing adapter clip)
- Photos clearly showing the damage
We will ship a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund — including return shipping costs.
Installed Wiper Blades
Because wiper blades are a safety component exposed to weather and road conditions, blades that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrived damaged. If you installed the blade and discovered a fit issue, please contact us — our Perfect Fit Guarantee still applies if the sizing was incorrect.
Bundle Return Policy
Purchased a Front Bundle or Full Bundle? You may return the entire bundle within 30 days for a full refund. Individual blades from a bundle can also be returned, but the bundle discount will be recalculated and any price difference will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since our refund confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received the refund, contact us and we will investigate right away.
